Upgrading to $25 domain

    Hi there I want to update to have my domain as roseritchieoils.com but everytime I try to set this up it tries to charge mey $120, but my sister is only charged $25. Are you please able to help me here? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    I’m guessing your sister still has a legacy domain upgrade from before we switched to plans on WordPress.com. Accounts that owned domain upgrades prior to 2017 are able to continue using those upgrade without being required to buy a plan.

    But as your account has never owned domain upgrades before, adding a custom domain for your account will only be possible if you upgrade to a paid plan first.
