Upgrading to a paid plan

hello, I have been trying to upgrade to a new plan, Premium $8.25per month, billed yearly. I would like to pay with my paypal, but the option never seems to work for me. Can I send a payment for the upgrade via paypal address? I have the option to send to other Paypal users and can put in WordPress’s paypal email address if that sort of thing is allowed for the whole payment.

Yes i still need help. Its still not accepting the payment the traditional way. I would like to know if I can send a direct payment thru paypal to WP’s email?
