Upgrading to a personal plan

    Hello,
    I host a travelogue with WordPress free for several years. Now I intend to create and host a full-fledged website on WordPress. I read the details of the pricing plans. Can you address the below queries:
    1. The cost of the personal plan $4/month. Does it cover all of the below
    – Creating/Modifying a website and hosting it
    – A domain e.g: beingkinetic.com
    – A custom email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    – If I need any technical help, the support for the same
    2. Can I upgrade only the storage? The personal plan has only 6GB of storage space which may not be sufficient but I don’t need the other features of the ‘Premium’ plan
    3. Can I move my existing travelogue under a particular section in my new website

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there, I’ll go ahead and answer each question:

    – We will host the website, you can modify it as you’d like.

    – The domain costs are included the first year. You would pay for your domain in addition to your plan after that.

    – The custom email address is not included, but you have these options.

    – Direct support is included.

    – We do not offer a la carte storage upgrades at this point.

    – Sure, you could create a travelogue category and put all relevant posts in that.
