Upgrading to a Personal Plan with monthly payments

I’m trying to check out how to upgrade my free plan to a Personal plan with monthly payments. On the Upgrades option I’m only directed to the Pro Plan.

On March 31st WordPress.com has reorganised the mishmash op paid plans to just 1 plan: WordPress pro. This plan offers all features of the former Business Plan at a much lower price.

You’re out of luck. WordPress has ruined it’s platform with what it calls a “Pro” plan which per gb is actually more expensive than the Business plan was.
The Business plan offered 200gb storage at $300 which placed the per gb price at $1.50, and now the “Pro” plan only offers 50gb storage at only about 1/3 less cost, but places the per gb rate now at $3.60 per gigabyte. This is no longer a platform for bloggers, or small businesses.
