Hi there!
To be able to have the paikar.co domain, you’ll have to upgrade your account to a premium plan. A premium plan does allow you to register a custom domain.
For more information on plans, read the following guide: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

Hi there,
Just to clarify, you don’t have to upgrade to the Premium Plan specifically. You can connect the domain here using any of our plans, including the cheaper Personal Plan.
To use Personal instead of Premium, please first go to My Site ->Plans and add the plan, then you can add the domain mapping upgrade afterwards as explained here:

I currently have Premium and started to upgrade to Business. It tried to charge me full price not taking into account I just paid full price for my Premium. Can you explain? Do I receive credit for what I’ve already paid?

In future, please rather create your own thread than posting into an old thread created by someone else. Your Premium Plan also gives you access to live chat and email support, so you don’t actually need to post in the public forums at all.
What price exactly did the system charge you? Business costs $299 a year, so with Premium already in your account you should be required to pay $199 to convert it to Business.

Where is all this “support” located? I looked with no luck….its why I posted in public forum lol…Thanks for the reply?

Hi @jmeeks7,
you can access that Support at https://wordpress.com/help/contactWhen you start filling the message for the form, if there is Live Chat available it will change the button to “Chat with us”, so that is an option for you as well.
I hope you have your issue sorted soon!
