Upgrading to business

    Hi!
    I had fraud on my account which resulted in a dispute for the premium plan. It was already credited refund in my account. Before that, I paid the difference to upgrade to the business plan. It refunded that also. Now I am trying to pay the $20 fee for the charge back, plus for the business plan and it is not letting me even pay the $20 saying it is unavailable for a jetpack site. I am using a new/different payment method than the account that previously had the fraud on it. I need this site up and running and to pay the business plan plus the fee as soon as possible. Please advise.

    When clicking the URL linkedto your username I get this error message:

    Error: the domain you requested can not be served at this time. An error report has already been sent to the technical team. Please try again in ten minutes.

    Are you getting the error when you try to add the Business Plan, or when you pay the chargeback fee?

    Please go directly to this link and only pay the Chargeback fee:

    Once you’ve done that, go to Plans and add Business again. If it doesn’t work, let me know and I can send you a manual payment link instead.

  • Okay, I’ve sent you a payment link. We’ll need to manually add the upgrades back so the site won’t start working the moment you pay, but I’ll receive a notification and will try to get things up and running as soon as possible.
