Upgrading to business account with unique domain name

Hi,
I have used my own site to build an example business toll for my company. Now that I have impressed everyone I need to change this out of my name, into my businesses name on a business account and sort out a new unique domain name. Can someone help? Is this possible without starting from scratch? Thanks
