Upgrading to Business Plan

  Hi,

  I want to upgrade to business plan but i am not able to do it. I am getting a message “You need to be the plan owner to manage this site” I have the admin access and still not able to do it.

  Please help me in getting plan owner access.

  Hello there, I see you have a multi-author site. Are you the person who registered the site here on WordPressdotcom or did that person transfer ownership to you?

  I recall that at one time it was possible for any site Admin to purchase an upgrade for the site they were on, but I think this may have changed.

  Regardless, I’ve tagged this thread for Staff assistance with this issue. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

  HI there,

  Only the current plan owner (Premium plan) can upgrade the site to the Business plan. If you’re the plan owner please log-in to that account and perform the upgrade. If you’re not the plan owner please contact them regarding the upgrade.
