Upgrading to .com without premium

Hi, i want to upgrade my page gergelybandi.wordpress.com, to gergelybandi.com without the 99 dollars premium pack. So what I need is only the domain name for 18 dollars, but I can’t find this option anywhere, although I think there is something like that. How do I do it? Thank you!

According to staff, that option is no longer available for $18. It’s only available as part of the Premium (or Business) plan:
