  Hello,

  I want to confirm if I should upgrade my WordPress to premium package can I enable the following plugging for free: forms, e-commerce, online payment, affiliate marketing, live chat, video and audio upload, sign up and dashboard for members?

  What will premium offer to me?

  Some of that, such as video and audio, may be possible with the Premium plan but to add your own plugins to a WordPress.com site requires a Business plan. See the features of different plans at: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
