Upgrading to premium

  Hello,
  I want to upgrade to premium from the free plan. However, I already have my domain name (.org) purchased from WordPress. My understanding is that the premium plan comes with a domain name. So what happens if I go ahead and purchase premium? Will I get a discount because I already have a domain name which I paid $25 for? Thanks.

  I want to renew my “regular’ account for $18.00. The alert you sent me has a link that is not “reachable” How do I renew? Can I renew over the phone? Will a real human being call me so I can cause payment?

  @ccezeani – if you have a a lesser upgrade you purchased here (domain name & mapping in your case) – a more expensive upgrade that includes the existing upgrade you already have – – then you should get a credit for the unused balance remaining in the included upgrade – it that does not happen the staff can fix it for you

  @oregonhibbs – there is no phone support and everyone that helps in the forum is a real human person – the robot that used to help us has retired to a warm beach somewhere – since your question is not related to this thread you need to open a new thread
