Upgrading to Premium

i tried to purchase a premium account but kept getting a message that ‘This transaction cannot be processed’ and nothing else. My card is valid as I just made another purchase online, so what do i do now?

Hi there,
Can you please contact your credit card company to see if they are blocking transactions from WordPress.com? That can happen even if your card is working for other purchases.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

I’ve contacted my credit card company and there are no issues on their side. They confirmed that they do not/have not blocked WordPress.com and said that the issue is from the vendor side…that would be you. :)

Can you please contact your credit card company to see if they are blocking (or previously blocked) transactions from WordPress.com? That’s the first step to resolving the issue, in case it’s related to action your credit card company is taking.
If they aren’t blocking anything on their end, please let me know.
