Upgrading to Premium

  I am thinking of upgrading to Premium. There are a couple of templates I am interested in, Natural and Organization. They are each $60. Are they included in the Premium package or will I need to buy them for $60?

  Hello

  I just started using word press as am creating my blog. Chose to upgrade to premium but when am registeeing my domain contact, it refuses my Postal code. I live in dublin. I need to solve this so I can pay the fee n start. Help needed pls
