Upgrading to Premium?

  Hello,

  The organization I work for is considering upgrading a wordpress.com account. I have significant WP experience, but in trying to find out what actual features WP.com Premium has. . . I just ended up in endless loops of eye candy and sales pitches that didn’t tell me anything.

  I am used to a self-hosted account with WP. How does WP premium compare? Is it fully featured with regard to installation of apps, themes, css editor, ftp access, etc?

  If you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
