Podcasting is possible on all WordPress.com sites, including the free sites. Hosting audio files such as .mp3, .m4a, .ogg, or .wav formats for a podcast directly with WordPress.com is possible from their Personal Plan upwards. So yes, you can add podcasts with your Premium plan.
2. Do i have to find advertisers?
WordAds program allows the users to get advertisements on their site.
