  I would like to upgrade to premium but the system is charging me the full rate rather than an upgrade rate. How to a get an upgrade rate?

  Hi @admpsudo, are you upgrading an already-upgraded account? If so, could you ensure you’re making the purchase with the site and user that currently owns an upgrade?

  I wasn’t able to see any on this account.
