Upgrading to Premium account failed and amount deducted

Hi Team,
I created a new page and named the domain and paid for the premium subscription which was INR 4200 which i maid via Paytm wallet. After the successful payment the page got redirect to ‘Processing page’ and i waited for long but nothing happened. when i check the ‘Manage Purchases’ i do not see record of amount being paid to wordpress for the premium account. I received the invoice on my email which has the following details:[redacted]
My account is registered with and the username for the same is .

In the process of trying i created two free pages and finally settled for the third domain name <data-and-insights.com>. I made the payment of INR 4200 via Paytm Wallet.

@ibayavar, our billing team is working on this issue. There seems to be a problem with with communication between the payment gateway and our servers.
The good news is, yes it is paid for. All I need to know is the URL of the site that you want the upgrade added to. Once we do that, you can then get your domain name registered.

I followed the link provided above. Situation is yet the same. I am being asked to pay again for the same domain registration. In fact this time i am being asked to pay more for the domain with which i was initially trying to register.The payment page is yet not clear for me and the website is still under free sites and requires payment for upgrade.
I request for refund to be made rather than continuing for this. The website building experience isn’t hassle free.
I request you to raise for a refund request rather than continuing to explore how and when things work here on wordpress.
or please state me the process by which i can raise for refund request. -

things are working now. I was able to add the new desired domain name <<data-and-insights.com>>.
the website has been created. The website is setting up for the moment.

Since the Premium plan is correctly added to your account, you’re entitled to one free domain. I have already added the domain you requested (data-and-insights.com) to your cart and you can proceed with the registration for free:
