upgrading to premium , invoice in euros ?

I want to upgrade my website to premium. And I would like to get en invoice with the name of my school , with the amount in Euro. Is it possible ? I need it to get the refund of my payment!

Staff can convert the currency but no invoices or purchase orders can be accepted for any upgrades. Your only options for payment are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Dashboard> Store > My Upgrades

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
