Upgrading to premium plan

  There are 3 admin at ebsh.wordpress.com. In the past years one bought the domain map, the second bought no ads and custom desing. I just bought the premium plan (to add videos). What will append to the domain map in 4 days (automatic renew date) if the automatic renew is cancel by the other admin?
  Note: In the My Upgrades table, there is no ‘Domain setting’ under WordPress.com Premium as it is under domain map…

  Since a domain credit is included in the Premium bundle, the easiest thing to do would be to transfer the domain to your account and bundle it with the Premium bundle. This way, the domain would be renewed alongside the bundle moving forward. We could also move the Custom Design and No Ads upgrade owned by the other user to your account as well. Then, you would have all of your upgrades in once place. Would that work?

  If so, can you have the other two users create new forum threads from their accounts asking for their upgrades to be transferred to your account? They can start new forum threads from this link:

  I am confused when talking of transfering to an other account : all those upgrades are allready related to ebsh.ca, the premium I bought to (I am the principal admin of the site…)

  While you did purchase the Premium bundle, you’ll notice that the other upgrades were originally purchased by other users. On the left-hand side of your screenshot, you’ll see “Purchased by ___”. It would be easiest if we could combine these upgrades onto one account (yours).

  For example, you’ll notice that the user desclau purchased the domain mapping upgrade for ebsh.ca. If that user could create a new forum thread asking for the domain mapping upgrade to be transferred to your account, then, we could bundle it with the Premium bundle. We just need to get all of the upgrades onto one account first. Does that help to clarify?

  Ok.
  Just done by desclau (Transfert domain name account) and ebsh (Transfert No Ads and Custom desing).

  Thanks for doing this so quickly! I moved the upgrades for you. You should see them all here:

  Since the Premium bundle includes both the No Ads upgrade and Custom Design upgrade, I’ve removed the individual upgrades in lieu of the bundle.

  I also bundled the domain ebsh.ca with the Premium bundle you recently purchased. Then, I updated the expiration date on the domain mapping to match the bundle (2016-05-20). You should be all set moving forward! Both the bundle and the included domain mapping for ebsh.ca should renew automatically before 5/10/16.
