    Hi there,

Your account currency might be set as INR so, that could be the reason.
I will tag modlook in this post so someone from Staff would be able to set it back to USD if it is INR.
The other option for India is you can pay by Paypal but again it’s the same you need to have a debit or credit card, some cards debit card is accepted via PayPal but some won’t just give a try and if it fails then contact the PayPal support and ask them about supported cards.

Or just contact your bank to activate your card for International transactions that should work.

Let us know if works for you.

    Thanks!

    Hi @maverik099,

Just to add more on this, I have found the page which says supported Debit Card in India on the Paypal site:
    https://www.paypal.com/in/webapps/mpp/debit-credit-cards
(Would like to mention that the above link is the Non-affiliate link and just for information purpose)

Paypal has mentioned Indian banks on their website is AXIS Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI & Citibank, also mentioned the steps on site to activate it internationally.

    Thanks!

  • maverick099 –

Good morning. I’ve had a look and your account is indeed set to INR currency. Please try what vishalmukadam has shared already.

A few other things that might help –

    1. clear your browser cache and start over
    2. use a different internet browser
    3. contact your bank to make sure they aren’t preemptively blocking the transaction

If you see an error message please share it with me here.

In the case that none of this works I’ll be happy to email you a manual payment link which should work. Just get back to me here.
