Upgrading to premuim support from a free Woocomerce with my own domain thats already paid for with a host

    I would like to know how much would it be to upgrade to premium support for my website jewellery dreams. I have been with Woocomerce for about 5 years now with my own domain name of Jewellery Dreams that’s with my own host so, I don’t want to pay you for that. I already have PayPal.
    My website postage wasn’t working at checkout and now I don’t seem to have a Basket to take payments as it’s not adding to basket or going to checkout or to the customer account. I am thinking of leaving Woocomerce if I don’t get the help I need.

    If you’re looking for the premium support that comes with the sites hosted here at WordPress.com, you would need a Business Plan to host your store:

    We don’t currently have a way to offer direct support to you while you’re hosted with another provider. But, if you want to keep your current host and just hire someone to help you with this issue, you can try UpWork.com.
