Upgrading to the 5.0.2 version

I need some serious help. Below are the following errors I have encountered. I’ve been trying to get help by other tech supports but, the company that wants to help me wants to charge. I need someone to do a one on one with me so I can try and get this done for free. I need a live chat.
Error: Configuration file /www/wp-content/wp-cache-config.php is missing. Please reload the page.
Warning: The installed version of UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore has not been tested on your version of WordPress (4.9.9). It has been tested up to version 4.5. You should update UpdraftPlus to make sure that you have a version that has been tested for compatibility.
Warning! Could not update /www/wp-config.php! WPCACHEHOME must be set in config file.
Warning! /www/wp-content/advanced-cache.php does not exist or cannot be updated.
If it already exists, please delete the file first.
Make /www/wp-content writable using the chmod command through your ftp or server software. (chmod 777 /www/wp-content) and refresh this page. This is only a temporary measure and you’ll have to make it read only afterwards again. (Change 777 to 755 in the previous command)
Refresh this page to update /www/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
If that doesn’t work, make sure the file /www/wp-content/advanced-cache.php doesn’t exist:
Open /www/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/advanced-cache.php in a text editor.
Change the text CACHEHOME to /www/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/
Save the file and copy it to /www/wp-content/advanced-cache.php and refresh this page.
Cannot continue… fix previous problems and retry. -
