Upgrading trouble. Not accepting postcode
-
I’ve just joined and am wanting to upgrade onto the personal plan. However the postcode I am entering (my debit card address) is not being accepted. I am currently online in West Wales, so do I need to add this postcode instead? Help please?!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hopefully someone will come up with the answer…Can’t understand the problem. I used my debit card just recently, the address and postcode were ‘valid’ then!

The issue is likely to be a minor one like postal code numerical spacing.
For example instead of xxx xxx what may be expected is xxxxxx.Staff answer all support threads in date stamp order serving those with the earliest dates and moving forward to the most recent ones, as would be expected. Please do not hold your breath. Subscribe and you will receive and email when they respond here.

Hi there,
Your physical location shouldn’t affect whether the post code is accepted or not. We don’t check the code you enter against your IP address. But our registrar’s validation for postal codes and telephone numbers is incredibly strict, so if it’s not entered in the format they want it might be rejected.
Is this a UK postal code? Please try adding it both with and without the space in the middle and with either capital letters or lowercase letters.
You can also try adding only the personal plan without a domain and see if that goes through. Then you can try adding the domain afterwards.
