upgrading website

    Hello I’m trying to upgrade my plan using my credit card from my bank account in dominican republic and the transaction continues to decline. Is this because my account is dominican?

    Can you check whether your bank allows international credit card transactions ?

    I have also tagged modlook for a Staff to help you with upgrading.

  • Hi there,

    Your payment were being declined by your bank, not by us. Only they can tell you why, but usually it’s because a card isn’t authorised for international transactions as @kosiew suggested above.

    But I see you’ve since managed to complete a payment, so I’m marking this as resolved.
