Upgrading with .de – domain?

  Hey, I have been working with wordpress for a couple of years now and want to professionalize my blogpage (www.kendike.wordpress.com) into http://www.kendike.de.
  Is there a way to do that with wordpress, or can I only acquire a .com address?

  Hi there,

  You can’t register a .de address with us, but if you buy it somewhere else you can connect it to your WordPress.com site using the domain mapping upgrade. You can find detailed information here:
