Upgrading WordPress from premium to pro

  If I paid in advance but want to upgrade to pro, will I be prorated or is there a way to pay just the difference or do I get refunded for the premium payment??

  At this time, the only plan we sell is WordPress.com Pro.

  I do see that the site you listed used to have a Premium Plan, but you canceled and refunded that on February 1, 2019, so the site is currently under our Free plan.

  You can purchase a new Pro plan for the site to upgrade from Free, at https://wordpress.com/plans
