Upgrading WordPress to 2.5.1

  After uploading 2.5.1 files I get the following error message in Dashboard:

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function has_action() in /home/bhillsbl/public_html/blog/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 403

  You’re in the wrong forums. This is for WP.com. You need WordPress.org for the wordpress software. WP.com is just for blogs hosted on WP.com domain.
