  I want to upload new theme……..when i click upload button their is response……anything

  You will need to upgrade to the Business Plan in order to upload custom themes from third party sources on wordpress.com sites.

  If you are already on the business plan and want help uploading custom themes then I would recommend you to use the live chat support option to get staff help directly.
