  Trying to upload a document and keep getting upload error message. Any idea why?

  Please check that the document you’re uploading is one of the accepted filetypes listed at:

  Accepted File Types

  If you get an error message when uploading a supported filetype, please post the message you’re receiving.

  All I am uploading are Microsoft word documents–papers from school. Those appear on the list of accepted documents. Some of my documents will upload but others will not. Here is the message I get “1 file could not be uploaded because an error occurred while uploading”.

  After I converted them to pdf they seem to work, thanks
