upload .3gp files

  I have recently purchased the Pro Upgrade, in order to upload videos from my PC.
  I have already written to you on this and I am becoming quite frustrated.
  Please help.
  When I upload a .3gp file I get this message:
  Error
  Your uploaded video is encoded incorrectly: we are unable to process it. Please try using a standard format (.avi, .mp4, .m4v, .mov, .wmv, .mpg), or different encoding software.
