  i need to upload wordpress but why doesn t exist any possibility to do that in my wordpress??thanks

  What exactly do you need to upload?

  There are certain things you can only upload in self-hosted sites vs. sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

  Hi, i would some instrument more bucause with my wordpress i can just change the colour of background…. Also i wish to know if i pay to have the dominio, i mean after that will appear on my screen some new plug in or solution wicht i can use to change the layout of my blog? Thanks and sorry for my bad english..

  You can change your background by going to your Dashboard, then Appearance > Customize

  If you want more control over your design, you can upgrade your plan so you can get Custom Design.

  thank you very much..actually i was looking wicht others control are avaible for free bacause now i can t do nothing, just chang i can change something er thate mi background, i thoght that maybe i need to upload a wordpress version..however they ask me 15 euros for the dominio, it s ok if after that i can change something more about my blog aspect. i mean..i would like to be sure..
