Upload a custom theme possible?

  I would like to upload a theme I downloaded, but want to continue using the wordpress interface. I don’t want to host it through another service. Is that possible? Thanks.

  Themes purchased elsewhere can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com, but we offer over 210 themes, both free themes and premium themes created by leading theme companies! You can view all of our themes at http://theme.wordpress.com/ and filter them by specific criteria under “Find a Theme”.

  Additionally, with the Custom Design upgrade, you can further customize any of our themes by changing the fonts and colors, and editing the CSS:
