Upload a new theme

Hi all,
I’m trying to change the theme on my blog. I’m asked for this info:Hostname:
Username:
Password:
Connection Type:Is the Hostname simply localhost?
And are the username and password the same I use to access the control panel itself? Any help would be appreciated.

Please read this support entry you are clear on the differences between free blog like the one you posted the link to which are being free hosted by wordpress.COM and free software installs from wordpress>ORG which are not hosted by wordpress.COM
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/We have no FTP access to free blogs being free hosted by wordpress.COM and we cannot upload themes or plugins into them. The only themes we can use are located here > Appearance > Themes
