upload a theme

I downloaded a theme from Envato and now I would like to upload it. I have also downloaded wordpress.org if that is what I need but all information on these sites is sending me round in circles. I spent money on this theme so I need to be able to use it. HELP

This is a blog being provided and hosted free of charge by WordPress.COM http://carolinerosalie.wordpress.com/ There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot upload any third party themes. There is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:

create child themes,
create our own themes,
edit templates,
create own own layouts,
or use stylesheets from other themes.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.
