  How can i upload my theme. Its giving me an error message

  You will require a Business plan to use that theme on any site hosted by WordPress.COM. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  We have 4 different plans: free, personal, premium and business. All hosting is free regardless of which plan you choose. You can view all wordpress.com plan features here https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Blogger installed plugins and third party or custom themes cannot be used on WordPress.COM hosted sites unless you have a Business Plan http://wordpress.com/plans/
