Upload a Theme button not working

    when I login to my wordpress
    http://www.movingont.ca/wp-admin
    and try to upload a new theme or change the current them
    the upload button is dead, non-responsive.
    I logged out of wordpress, and logged back in – same –
    I reboot computer – same –
    so now I am here.,,.,.,.unable to work on my website
    sitting.. here.,..,.,.,waiting…,.,.,nothing to do.,.,.,.,.just sitting.,.,.,.,waiting.,.,.,
    is going to be a long day I feel,..,.,as you know I am sitting here,..,.,waiting for someone to reply.,.,.,ho hum..,.,.,.,WAIT.,.,,..,I’ll order a Pizza, yeah,..,.,
    Pizza = a happy time,..,.,.

    Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
