  I would like viewers to be able to upload attachments to a comment

  upload attachments and a chat option both should be included as they are a must for any website. I am struggling with my website just because of the lack of these two options.
  If anyone can help. I shall be grateful.

  There is already a powerful plugin to upload attachments via comments

  https://wordpress.org/plugins/comment-attachment/

  Only concern in the plugin is they dont allow it in iOS. Otherwise this will solve your issue.

  Thanks for your advice, I saw this link already but when I go to settings >plugins there doesn’t seem to be an option to add plugins? How do I add this plugin into my settings?
