Upload avatar from iPad/iPhone

  Why can’t I upload an avatar from my iPad or iPhone? I can do this for Facebook & Twitter, but can’t even use any of these pics for my WordPress avatar. So annoying; I’m almost never on a computer these days. By the time it starts up, the baby’s crying.
