Hi thanks for the suggestions. Have worked through them without success. However, I have discovered it is a problem with my desktop computer setup as I can upload fine with my laptop. It is a windows 7 desktop computer. I am using Chrome (latest version) but the problem exists on other browsers IE and Firefox. I have found I also cannot download pdfs, again same effect, busy symbol then (not responding) from the programme.

Uploading now appears to be working again on my main computer. I haven’t changed anything since previous communication so not sure why. Thanks for your input, sorry I can’t add to your knowledge base.
