Upload custom theme/Monthly Subscription

  What plan do I need to upload custom themes? Also, is there a monthly subscription or is annual billing the only option? How can I setup a store?

  You need the Business plan which lets you install plugins and upload custom themes.

  Also, is there a monthly subscription or is annual billing the only option?

  All upgrades and renewals can only be paid a year in advance. There’s no monthly payment option at the time.

  How can I setup a store?

  By upgrading to the Business plan you can install the WooCommerce plugin and start an online store.
