Upload database from old site not working

  I need to upload a clients old database and site files but I have no idea where it was built and nothing seems to work. Please help!

  Hi there, WordPressdotcom supports imports from a number of major services. You can find instructions for most in this guide: https://transferto.wordpress.com/

  Do note that it is not possible to directly upload a database or theme files to WordPressdotcom as we do not have FTP access to do so.
