Upload Divi theme

    I am new to this but am meticulously following the video tutorials. From the start I have received error messages re my upload. I tried to remove the theme altogether and then reload, to no avail. I have upgraded my purchase of both WP and Elegant themes to try to use them together. However, I just want to start over with a clean slate and begin again. A warning indicated that if I remove my website from WP I cannot use it again on WP.com Help
