internal server error 500 keeps coming up every time I try to upload posts with video content. I am a Premium subscriber. Why does this keep happening, what can I do to upload my video posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy,
Where are you uploading the video to your site? From the Add Media button at https://thevickylicious.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php or the Add Media page at https://thevickylicious.wordpress.com/wp-admin/media-new.php or somewhere else?
I can’t duplicate the error, but would like to be sure I’m trying the right place.
Thanks!

This error is still occurring no matter how I choose to upload my videos. It’s been one week and I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling my app and it still doesn’t work. I havea premium account that is fully paid for, so I know this service is included in my hosting plan. I’ve also tried editing my post numerous times and shortening my video’s length.

Hi,
You mentioned the app—are you uploading it using a mobile app or via the website on a computer?
Thanks for your assistance—the more information I can get concerning what is preceding the error, the more likely we can pinpoint a cause.
Thanks!

I’m using my Samsung Galaxy S4 Android app because that is all I have access to for the time being.

Thanks. I’m checking with our mobile developers on the best way to troubleshoot your trouble since I can’t duplicate the error on my end.
Thanks for your patience!

Hi again,
With mobile uploads, the underlying technology has an issue when uploads start hitting around 100 MB, which your videos were larger than according to the error logs.
There is work being done—both inside and outside of WordPress.com—to remove this limit, but it isn’t ready for primetime.
In the meantime, using a smaller video file should still work as it had before.
If you have any questions or if there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know. Thanks!
