  Looking to create upload file form, can I install WPform plug in into free account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @wboxtechnical,
  I don’t think that’s possible with WordPress.COM as it is not mentioned anywhere on this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/, and also because WordPress.COM does not allow us to add/upload a custom plugin.

  If you are still considering using custom plugins on your site then you might wanna switch to WordPress.ORG– an open-source, self hosted platform for building sites or blogs. It supports custom plugins and also has greater customization capabilities.

  I had thought about the no FTP access thing but i forgot to mention it on the answer. My Bad!
