Upload File to Private: Access DENIED

    I have a private blog; I am th administrator and the other users are contributors. I uploaded a file from my computer and my users are getting “403: Access Denied” in the little box that comes up after they click on the link in the post.

    They can access links to websites fine.

    Is there something I need to do to make the file accessible to everyone on the blog? I am perplexed.
