Upload folders are wrong!

  Just noticed something with WordPress 4.2.3.
  I just upload a picture and for some reason all uploads now go to the wrong upload folder!

  It used to be the year followed by the month i.e. 2015/08
  However uploads are now going to 2014/08

  It seems the year is wrong. Not a major issue just not correct.

  Anyone else noticed this?

  This is for support for WordPress.com hosted sites.

  What you are referring to is the software WordPress used for self-hosted sites.

  There is a bit of a difference: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
