Upload Form Is Missing

  I know that there have been many posts on this topic, but none of them has helped me solve my problem, so… I’ll just ask it again myself. I’ve had a blog for some time now, and I’ve never had any trouble uploading my images – until yesterday: the image upload form was gone. In one of the posts I read about someone who had downloaded the new version of Mozilla Firefox, which had solved the problem, so I tried that. It worked! The form had returned… but when I restarted the browser an hour later, everything was back to how it was. I still couldn’t upload my images, despite the new version. Pressing ctrl + F5 doesn’t work either, and I can’t send feedback to the staff because they’re on holiday. Can anyone help me?! I’m getting desperate…

  I have same trouble. Yesterday, I posted this forum (http://wordpress.com/forums/topic.php?id=6275&replies=3). At that time, I just could not upload image file. But now, I cannot post anything. I am Macintosh user, and I use Safari 2.0.4 and FireFox 2.0.0.1. Both browsers doesn’t work. I also tried post via m.wordpress.com. It didn’t work too.
  When I posted via WordPress.com Gadget, then, someone’s page came in my view (“Netli Test” :http://direct.netli.wordpress.com/).

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  My upload form is very much there. Sometimes the kind of glitch you are experiencing happens to only a few blogs. However as the upload form itself has gone, I think only the wordpress people will be able to help you.
  However I have often seen this advice given: Clear the cache. Don’t know if this is the right solution, but clearing the browser cache can’t do any harm.

  I’m experiencing the same problem. I’m using firefox and ie as suggested and niether work. If I find a solution I will post it here

  when I restarted my PC and logged into wordpress, the form reapeared. I uploaded one image and then it vanished again.

  I have three blogs and it’s the same story with all of them.

  anyone have any answers?

  I don’t know whether you tried clearing the browser’s cache. It may not work, but there is no harm trying.
  And as support is not available right now I guess you need to try it.

  In my case, clearing the browser’s chache doesn’t work either. Thanks for the tip, though. :)

  Did you try doing a forced reload of the page in question?

  Here’s the FAQ on the subject by the way. Clearing the cache is only half of the solution.

  Telling us what you have for a browser and OS would help as well.

  I had the same problem but I managed to resolve it.

  I disabled some of the plugins that were installed which did the trick. I feel that they may not be compatible with each other.

  Here at wordpress.com we do not have plugins. Your advice is suitable for posting here http://wordpress.org/support but it may mislead wordpress.com bloggers as we have no plugins to disable.
