  I am trying to put a Vimeo video on my blog. I follow the instructions but it only displays the link, not the video.

  Please use a direct video link, and not a link to a Vimeo Channel. I’m guessing this is the video you want to embed: http://vimeo.com/22370573

  Try to replace that link with the one in your post, and the video should be embedded.
