upload from xanga archives isn't working!

    I’m getting an error stating my files are not ‘xml’ files but they are! Grrr…anyone have a clue what’s going on? Or what I can do??

    This is a common issue. Try another browser http://browsehappy.com

    NOTE:

    You must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

    Hi there,

    I see on your account that you haven’t attempted an upload for a week. Please let me know the status of this import so I can help you get up and running.

    Were you able to try timethief’s suggestions? If you’ve given them all a try and are still stuck with the import, I’d like to know the details, and to take a look at the file(s) you exported from Xanga.

    Please send a copy of your exported files as an attachment via email (or as a dropbox link in an email if the file is large). That way, we can better investigate why the error is occurring.
