upload image problem

    Hi
    I am using wordpress on my two sites which are on the same server windows. i upgraded both site to latest wordpress version. after this my one site is doing work and uploading images routinely but my second site is not uploading images. i searched a lot on this support forum but i am not able to resolve this issue.
